Relamping for the industrial engineering sector

Challenge

Relamping intervention in two production plants with the replacement of 100% of the luminous bodies with LED technology both in the internal areas of the buildings and in the surrounding external area.

Solution

The solution involved the installation of a smart management technology (dimmer and presence sensors), capable of automatically adjusting the switching on and intensity of the light in each section of the building according to natural light and the personnel present in the area. The intervention made it possible to save 68% of the overall electricity consumption for lighting compared to the pre-intervention situation (respectively -49% in the Motteggiana plant and -65% in the Boretto plant).
