Challenge

The team from Elektro Decker had to equip seven above-ground floors, including a staggered floor and a partial basement for technical areas, with all high-voltage and low-voltage applications. This included the modern room installation for a total of 202 rooms - including 26 CarLoft suites - as well as programmable lighting control in the meeting rooms and circulation areas, and the installation of various safety devices including a backup power supply system and fire alarm system.

Solution

The service covered the entire power supply, from the medium-voltage switchgear to the last socket, with 200,000 meters of installation lines, 28,000 meters of fire alarm lines, 70,000 meters of planning, signaling and data technology lines, and 15,000 meters of function maintenance lines. be used. From a technical point of view, the development and implementation of the automation concept for the access control of the barrier system, which is connected to the booking system, as well as the control system leading to one of the three lifts, was particularly exciting.
